Wind Load Package 
The addition of this available option on any TKO impactable overhead door make them the only sectional doors approved for high wind load environments by the State of Florida and Miami-Dade County. This option provides facilities in hurricane-susceptible locations with a safe and durable sustainability solution for distribution and warehouse facilities.
Impact-A-Track™
Available in 3’, 6’ or full door heights, this heavy duty option protects overhead door tracks from even the most abusive impacts keeping them operating smooth and efficiently for years.
Clear Vision Panel
The 21” high, 1 ¾” thick clear panel runs the full width of the dock door and provides outside viability without sacrificing the energy efficiency or security of a facility.

Double Knockout Header
Allows for the door’s heavy-duty retractable plungers to release in both directions at the top of the door opening preventing damage from impacts inside the facility and out.
E-Lift CounterWeight
Adjustable system eliminates the need for counterbalance springs offering them on the sides of the door as opposed to above providing space for racking and additional storage.
Single Pane Vented Window
When added as an alternative to a traditional full size screen door, the Single Panel Vented Window provides increased air circulation without compromising facility security.
Thermal Pane Rectangular Window
Ideal for cold storage environments where increased light and visibility are a necessity without sacrificing thermal efficiency.
Thermal Insulation Package
A closed-cell foam core provides high R-value as well as damage resistant, interior facing fiberglass, provide consistent temperature control for energy savings and a greater level of protection against damaging mold, mildew and even slips and falls.

Bottom Brush Seal
Provides a maximum perimeter seal when used in addition to the bottom loop seal preventing energy loss and debris from entering the facility.
Powered Door Operator
An optional method of overhead door operation in lieu of the standard manual chain hoist which providing for more efficient and ergonomic operation for dock employees.
Super Bottom Panel
This rugged optional panel upgrade adds strength and durability to dock doors where the most impacts occur.
PowerHouse™ Panel
1 ¾” thick insulated, foam core panel boasting a tough polycarbonate interior facing extends superior door protection during even the most severe impacts preventing costly repairs or replacement.
Non-Insulated Panel
The ¾” thick, 7-ply wood core panel is a cost effective, tough solution to fight off heavy impacts where controlling dock temperature is not a top priority.
Stainless Steel Package
Available stainless steel panel hardware, track mounting hardware and cables for added protection against corrosion. Ideal for food applications where wash down is common.
